I am
INTRODUCTION
I am Fran Mikuličić, founder of FM Advisory & Solutions.
I trained in Strategy and Human & Organizational Performance (MBA, Vanderbilt). Early in my career, I realized that analysis without execution is just decoration. Real change lives in the trenches, where leaders turn strategy into action and organizations deliver results.
I sit at the intersection of strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and human psychology, bringing together perspectives that most advisors cannot.
Clients hire me to protect and create unseen value, to raise organizational maturity, and to deliver measurable, lasting results.

My expertise is grounded in thousands of contact hours across seminars, workshops, training programs, and one-on-one engagements. Not theory but lived practice. That depth allows me to design bespoke methodologies that stick.
