Width. Let’s assume that you are not just very good but excellent at what you do. That would require a narrow focus and concentrated effort to become an expert in your particular field. The narrower your center of attention, the more potential comparative advantage you can transfer to your clients comparing to your competitors. Then what can hit you is a Specialization Paradox. A chain is no stronger than its weakest link and clients have already started to look for coaching solutions with more systematic approach.
